Hi! I am a newbie to this site and am loving it!
I just started recording my meals and snacks a couple of days ago. I Like that this site tallys everything you eat and drink...I am looking to lose approx. 30lbs...the last 30 of 80lbs. I lost 50 lbs since 2006 and cant seem to break 150. I Have plateaued and am looking for ideas, suggestions and help. This site seems…
