I have tried taking protein to help lose weight before, but I gained weight so I stopped. I know it's extra calories, but I exercise. If anyone has any suggestions, that would be great! Right now I can only eat 1200 calories, and for my body size I am suppose to take 90-100 grams of protein daily.
I just signed up for the website by recommendation of my health coach. I feel strange that I am eating soo much. Can any veterans give me some advice.
