Help with bacon stats please.
Hi all. So pig bacon, not turkey bacon. I've looked at the stats on all the bacon I come across in stores and I have not seen 1 that's less than 100+ calories per slice. Just changed settings: lightly active to mostly sedentary...
I just changed the setting and MFP took away 250 calories per day from me! I have been losing slower than I thought I would even though I'm sticking to the plan fairly consistently...I guess I know why. Here we go!
