1 month and some of exercise
I do exercise on the stationary bike at the gym at work on my breaks 4-5.5 miles 5 days a week 12-17 mph about 25-30 mins a day w/ some resistance. I haven't lost anything on the scale and I don't see any loss on my body but haven't gained anymore either . I do feel a little stronger though. I'm slowly changing my diet but…
