when calculating how many calories are in a food item? I was reading in an article that approximately 25% of the calories in protein are used in order to actually digest the food. Hi, I tested out a 2 in 1 shampoo/condititoner today and I was wondering if the shampoo cancels out the affects of the conditioner Since shampoo has alcohols in it, and conditioner is silicone, does my hair actually become as moisturized as it would if i used a seperate shampoo and conditoner?
