Carbs are my weakness. I know I need to have them to use as energy when I am working out. But I need to stop making my daily intake consist of a sandwich for lunch and dinner. Hello everyone, My goal is to become lean in time for summer. I weighed 220 pounds about a year ago and now I'm down to 175.
