Daily Sugar allotment very low
Hey there, Does anyone else find the daily sugar allotment to be very low. I find it impossible, even when eating small portions of good healthy food to keep within 40 grams of sugar a day. I LOVE DONUTS!
I ate 3 donuts today (not all at the same time)!! THEY WERE AMAZING! :bigsmile: First ones I've eaten in months. I'm looking forward to kicking my butt during my next workout either tonight or tomorrow morning!! :tongue:
