Hi! Well I guess I've been using this app for awhile but this is the first time I'm on the forum. Am trying to make sure I eat enough to get me through the day without being out of energy, but also making sure I don't over eat and over eat on unhealthy foods! And of course drop 20 lbs over the course of a year or two. =)
