What happens after "30day Squat Challenge"?

So my friends and I have been doing the "30 Day Squat challenge" where you basically work from 50 squats to 250 squats in 30 days.

Now this morning my one of my girls posed a very good question,

What do we do AFTER this 30 day challenge? Do we keep at 250 every day? 150? 300?
The challenge is has a rest day every fourth day, do we incorporate that in our schedule?

Of course, we're asking what should we do to keep this good shape we've built up.
