completed my first 1/2 marathon on the elliptical machine
Yep, 13 miles in 2 hrs 43 minutes. Other than my feet being a bit sore I feel great! I've done many 10 miles runs on the elliptical and figured I might as well go for 13 this morning. I've been a member since Jan, this year but have posted only a few times, just replies to others. I felt this was worthy of it's own topic…
