Pimple-breakout after workouts ? :(
I'm kind of experiencing breakouts of small pimples ever since I started working out again. It must be the sweat. Anyways, I immediately wash my face with soap after every workout but it still won't work. Any tips? :)

Shower after workout?
My mom always reminds me not to take a shower after workouts. That I should need to take a rest for an a hour at least, but I really want to hit the shower already. So, is it okay to really take a shower after workout or not?

Bread or Rice?
I'm wondering because I have a friend who stopped eating rice for dinner and she lost weight and looks really good. Is bread a better substitute for rice? (And I really love bread and I prefer it over rice) Any feedback? Thanks :)
