Em2wl and fitbit adjustment
Hi. I am trying to get my head round thge numbers for em2wl. Does anyone else use a fitbit? I got my tdee average for 4 weeks off the fitbit site and it is 2735. Taking off 15% takes me to a cut off 2324. What i dont understand is do i take into account the fitbit adjustment calories as would these already be included or…
