The cupcake and pizza did me in....but i still have 483 cal
i still have 483 calories to eat today. .........but there was an office birthday so i ate a cupcake. And today is pizza friday for the kids.......i only had one piece yay me! And a salad. Now my delema is, i have no fat or sugar left So what can i eat that is carbs & protein but no sugar or fat? Suggestions please :-)

Gosh, I've been doing this for 35 days and have only lost 5 pounds!! By now I should have lost at least 10. ........so says the calculator.
