fiber setting = 16 g/day???
I know it's *possible* to get too much fiber, but MFP is telling me I only need 16 per day, which seems pretty low to me. I had this idea that I should be shooting for 25 or so. I am new to the site & program, though, so I must be missing something. But what? (My base calorie recommendation is 1420.) Thanks!
