Under my calories but over in protein and sugar?!
It seems that I struggle everyday to meet 1200 calories, even more so because I ALWAYS go over in protein and sugar. However, most of the sugar comes from fruit, and I feel like I will burn out if I eat any less protein. Any suggestions for getting in more calories?

Hey everyone! I'm 5'6" and I'm just wondering how many calories all of your are eating to lose weight? I burn about 300-400 a day and I'm trying to lose 2 pounds a week!

Not eating enough calories?
I just can't seem to reach my recommended calorie intake without going over in some other category (protein, sugar, etc). Personally, I need more protein than what is recommended, so I don't quite mind going over in that, but at the end of the day I'm WAY under my net but I can't seem to find anything to eat that won't…
