I read that 24grams of sugar a day should be the goal for an adult female...is that even possible? What's some good foods or snacks with little-0g?
Has anyone used a great hydration belt on their long runs...one that doesn't bounce or jiggle? I'm looking at buying a 2015 neoprene water proof hydration belt by fitgear but didn't know if there's a better one out there??
