I can second that I love my Under Armour Sports Bras, however make sure the Under Armour workout bra you get is for "high impact" as these are the best and keep them from moving anywhere as you excercise ;).

HaHa, I was wondering what was up with mine, glad to see others thought the same!

Correct. U can go to a running specialty store to b fitted for the best type of shoe for u. Which fits best and is best for the way u run. I really love Asics due to the arch support, wideness, and extra coushion. Other people like Brooks or saucony...good luck!

I have found that making sure that I have "me time" (working out, running, reading, etc) definitely helps me to handle all of the frustrations, anxiety, etc that life throws your way. The more that I make sure to take that time for myself; the better parent, spouse, listener, problem solver i can be. Also, don't be afraid…

Thanks guys for all the responses....happy running ;)

Through my weight loss the biggest lesson that I have learned is that you have to believe in yourself and tell that voice telling you you that you can't do it to get lost -- YOU CAN!!! Feel free to add me to your friend list and I would be happy to help any way I can....but you need to be your own biggest fan :) Every…

looking for a swimsuit on amazon and realizing that if I was to order it, it would be a size SMALL!!!

what does "working your butt off" mean? if you are doing the same work out over and over, you may just need to change it up. and don't forget, water water water!!

running on different surfaces instead of always the same thing helps prevent shin splints. You could actually get shin splints from just the treadmill if your not careful. I try to run on different types of ground; the local track, a dirt road, street, treadmill, grass trail. Keep the variety going :) And if you ever feel…

I usually take a fruit or two from breakfast to my hotel room for later snacking and don't forget to keep drinking the water but most importantly -- have fun!!

sometimes the best thing you can do is rest it for a week or so, then try again -- if there is still pain maybe its time to get it checked out... (I know that's not what you want to hear...sorry)

special k pastry crisps (strawberry is my favorite - tastes like a poptart). 80mg. and easy to grab and eat on the run.

I have to keep a low sodium diet for my health concerns. I have found several snacks but one of my all time faves is skinny pop white cheddar popcorn. (not in all grocery stores but can be found in the chip aisle). 95g. of sodium for 3.5 cups of popcorn!!! so yummy!

I was just recently diagnosed with stage 3 ckd and also have to watch my sodium intake. There are many different ways to help with this. I have started only buying unsalted butter, and have found Mrs. Dash's different spices helpful for some flavor when cooking (no sodium!). I have also found a Heinz ketchup with no salt…
