We are ordering Chinese take-out tonight-some family coming over to celebrate my son's 11th birthday. I am planning ahead, and need ideas..I dread ordering Chicken/Shrimp/Beef with Broccoli. I love Pad Thai, but I know it is very high in calories. Any suggestions?
I have tried to find a thread or posts that explain what exactly TDEE is. I keep seeing people post about it, and I would love to learn more. Maybe it's me, but when I search, tons of conversations come up, but not specifics on what it is and how it works. Thanks!
