I am so weak
So I have been hungry all day. This second week is definitely harder than the first. Throw in a headache, pms, having most of the house painted and the house in disarray. weekends are tough
Friday I did great, Saturday I did okay, Sunday I was awful. Hopefully that will "trick my metabolism". It's Monday now and I am focused. Have a great week everyone.

New to site!
New to this site, but definitely not new to calorie counting. Loving the food and exercise trackers. I am wanting to lose my last 18-25 pounds. the first five is strictly holiday pounds. This is my first week on here and I will weigh in in the morning. Wish me luck!
