Breaking Plateau
Soooo I went from 187 to 179 in about 3 1/2 weeks. I do cardio about 5days a week (cycling, walking at 4.0 mph on an incline, elliptical ) caloric intake 1200 a day so i usually burn anywhere form 480 to 710 a day.
