During work week I'm good, weekend not so much (w 2 kids)
Hi I have 2 kids, 5 and 3 and they take up a lot of my time and energy. I find myself able to do pretty well at work w/ my diet and working out, but when I'm home during the weekend things don't go so well with my diet or working out. Every week I lose and gain back the same pound and a half. Need ideas how to do better at…
