This may seem like a ridiculous question but if I burn calories doing exercise should I be eating more food to make up my goal or do I count the calories burned as extra ones lost - not sure what to do for the best. Hi Everyone, Im a 29 year old male living in Manchester (England) - Got my 30th coming up this year so need to shed a few pounds. I have been usinf MFP for a few weeks and it is really helping me watch what I eat - just need some questions answering every now and then!! Just thought I'd say Hello Xx
