first post need motivation
I am on a journey to lose 10 lbs and keep it off...I'm short I'm 5'1 and my goal weight is 108-110 I'm 26 years old... for 2 weeks I've been eating 1200 or less calories per day and working out cardio 5 days per week..I weighed Sunday and I haf lost 2 pounds but this morning I weighed and I was right back where I started.…
