Broken foot
I just found out my foot is broken. I plan to continue to lift some weights (while babying my foot) but I am worried about weight gain. Any exercise ideas?? I don't have access to swim....

Sore muscle help please
I strength train (not heavy lifting) my lower body and upper body every other day and do cardio every day. Last friday I did lower body (squats, lunges, etc), saturday I did upper body and an hour on the treadmill walking/jogging. Yesterday I was going to do lower body again but my leg and butt muscles were still soooo…

AM or PM exercising??
Just curious about what people think the best time to exercise is?? My husband and I work out every weeknight evening, with 4 kids its our only time. On the weekends we usually find time in the afternoons. I am assuming anytime to exercise is great but I am wondering if AM exercising is better to burn more calories…
