Fat Arms
Hi I was once thin and had skinny arms now am medium built with fat arms. I am desperate to excercise and diet and shed my arm weights especially. Any help motivation and suggestion on different exercises are welcome. Anyone who has had success in shedding arm weight pls help Am desperate.
