You cant target fatloss, so any exercise and diet for fatloss will help. good luck xx

That said you can tone the muscle, push ups are great for toning the arms :)

general weight loss will help, but if you start lifting you can help build muscle which definitely helps bring tone to the area! Good luck!

    You can't "shed arm weight".

Lose weight in general and it will come off of your arms at some point.

As said, you can't spot reduce, but I just wanted to join in and whine about fat arms too. I'm fat all over, sure, but somehow my arms are just really the worst! All jiggly-wiggly and oogly-yucky. They're probably proportionate but I would really prefer they be little twiggies. Down with arm fat!

Just keep eating at a calorie deficit and exercising. I didn't start seeing any improvement in my arms until I was within 10 pounds of goal. We are all different, so just keep going with the weight loss and exercise and it'll happen.

You cannot target spot weight... but you can build muscle there to make them "appear" smaller and more defined...less Jiggly. Try some Kettlebell and Boxing!!! Fun workouts too!

I am about 30lbs from goal and my arms are coming along nicely. However you can't just target them like other's have mentioned for fat loss. Lifting weights transforms them the quickest and makes it so you don't get "bat wings" If you don't lift weights and lose weight they will get "wingy" .....

I'm not even overweight but my arms are like an overgrown toddler - podge arms.
