Calories per day with working out
My start of the day calories is about 1500 per day. I'm trying to lose weight and workout 4-6 times per week. Should I then eat the calories I burn or not. I have been and I'm not losing weight.

Looking for success stories of 5'4" mommas!
I just had my 4th baby and the weight is not coming off. I see a difference in my clothes but not on the scale. Anyone have success stories of losing weight after babies? I'm 170lb right now and would love to get down to 130 but 140 is my goal. Pic, diet and exercise tips would be great. Thanks in advance.

So frustrated
I've been working out and watching what I'm eating for over a month now. I've recently (2 weeks) tracking my calories on mfp. I have only lost 5lbs in the 6 weeks I've been trying. I have about 40 lbs to lose so it's not like I'm close to my goal. I am breast feeding but still think I should be losing more. Any ideas?

I just had my sweet and final 4th child and I'm ready to get my body back. I've been pregnant for most of the last 7 years.
