So how much should I eat? I start with 1570 the days I workout I wear a heart monitor and burn between 300-800 calories. How much should I eat on those days?

I'm breast feeding as well and my friend who is a nutritionist said I should not go below 1800 but 2000 is reasonable. If I were not fb and wanted to lose weight she would suggest 1600 including what I work off with exercising. I'm losing inches but not losing a lb which my doctor attributes to the bf. drink lots of water…

The same thing has been happening to me. I've been working out 3-5/6 times a week doing cardio kickboxing, treadmill intervals and weights. I'm eating healthier and have up candy and soda. Well today I weighed myself and gained 2lbs. I've been doing this for about 7 weeks now. I will try to only eat back 1/2. That's a great suggestion.

I haven't measured but I do see a difference. With how hard I'm working out I just expected faster results. I know slow and steady wins the race. Thanks everyone

I gained about 20lbs w this pregnancy and still have 6 more to lose but I was over weight to start so I have much more to lose. Any tips are appreciated.

Hi. This is my first time using and I do think it's great. With kids I usually have bite of their Mac and cheese or finish their pb&j but now I realize every calorie counts. Hoping this will help me stay motivated. Glad I'm not alone
