Hi All! I am doing the Shakeology 3-day Cleanse and I am having trouble stomaching the shakes. I mixed the chocolate packet with 10 oz of water and some ice. I wish the cleanse would let me use milk, but it won't. Any suggestions????? Thanks in advance!!
