  • Try to take some 90 calorie granola bars or other low calorie snack foods (such as 100 calorie pack). Also there can be healthy options from fast food restaurants as well. For example when I go to McDonald's I usually get the fruit and maple oatmeal (290 calories), fruit and walnut salad, or the Southwest/Asian salads. If…
  • Depending how my cold is affecting me: 1) Drink at least 8 cups of water 2) Do at least TurboFire Fire 30 and maybe Sculpt 3) Make healthy choices while traveling -Lunch: Salad with chicken, etc. - Fresh fish, salad, etc.
  • I feel the same way too...I have been on a 3-week plateau now and I am soooo frustrated. I am just trying to stay positive and tell myself daily that it will pay off! I am interested to see what the other responses are. To get off my plateau I have tried: Mixing up my exercise Changing the foods I eat Increasing/decreasing…

  • I drank one jumbo margarita today for lunch and had 1/2 my lunch fajitas and I feel like crap. I know what you mean. I think our bodies have gotten used to eating better and our lower calorie intake and then we we "cheat" or consume something out of the ordinary our bodies freak out on us...

  • Awesome job! Seeing results in the clothing is such a thrill! :)
  • Thanks so much for the suggestion! I ended up putting frozen strawberries in the blender, along with 10 oz of water and the packet of Shakeology mix. It was delicious and so much more satisfying!
  • You look amazing! Keep it up!!! :) You are such an inspiration! :)
  • Your stomach and hips are so much smaller! CONGRATS and keep up the good work! :)
  • Adding you! I also need the encouragement! :) I had a 3 week plateau and just now dropped a couple of pounds!

  • Hi! I am in graduate school right now and have recently lost 20 pounds and have 30-40 more pounds to go. I understand how hard it is to balance school, work, etc. When I first started college I weighed 130lbs and gained over 70 pounds over the past 7 years....scary. So I am definitely looking for motivation as well! Good…
  • If I know I am going to make an omelet, I always saute the veggies and/or meats the night before, so then I can just throw them in the omelet and it takes no longer than 5 minutes for everything to cook in the AM.
  • My stomach and waistline.... :) Haven't seen that much change with my arms, hips, or legs though :(
  • GREAT JOB! I can tell in your stomach and arms for sure!! :)
  • You got this! I, too, have been at a plateau for about 2 or 3 weeks now and I even saw a 1lb gain! I have been eating and exercising regularly as well. I got on the scales this morning and I finally had lost a pound....finally...but that is probably a natural fluctuation.... Anyway, I just ordered the Shakeology 3-day…
  • Thank yall so much for the input. It looks like I will probably start with Turbo Fire since its in the mail and then move on to Insanity.....
  • I would love to participate! :) Count me in.....This would get my oh so close to my goal....especially now since I have reached a plateau!
  • I really needed to see your post. I have been stuck at the 19/20 pound lost mark for a couple of weeks now. I have been doing more strength training and have been eating relatively good (never over my calories) and have not seen the scale budge. I was beginning to get very frustrated and tempted to go back to my old habits…
  • I would start out at 3lb weights. That is what I did, and my arms were still killing me after a few of her moves... :)
  • I ordered it about a week ago and I am hoping that it will come in soon! I will definitely join this motivation group. I need it! :) As of right now, I am doing Turbo Jam and loving it as well as working out at the gym with a friend. I have found that doing those videos are fun and almost addictive. I sure hope that…
  • I started going to the gym and doing exercise videos first. My personal favorites were Jillian Michel's 30 Day Shred and The Biggest Loser Workout. At the gym, I would do kickboxing, cardio on the elliptical or arc trainer and then have some fun at Zumba or spinning classes. Its always best to find a buddy! :) Bottom line:…
