How do you log or calculate the amount of calories burnd with strength trainng? I.e. what's crunches lunges
Hi, my name is Erica and am fairly new to the fitness pal world. I have to say that I absolutely love it so far! It would definitely help to have some people on the same journey so please feel free to add me! My goal weight is 125, I started this at 148 and am now at 139. Not so bad, although i keep going up and down!!
