Needs help Losing INCHES
Hey all, I've been losing weight since August and at my heaviest was a size 20. I am currently in between a 16 and 14. My goal SIZE is a 6 or 8. I have been working out at least 3 days a week (I aim for 5) :doing an elliptical trainer, airdyne bike, and the 30 day shred DVD. I know it is going to take time to get to my…
