I've gone over my sugar intake for the day... But its all been natural sugars from eating fruit i'm just wondering if this is just as bad as eating processed/refined sugars?

Unbearable tooth ache after cardio workout?
Does anyone know why on earth i get a tooth ache after i do a workout? its only started once i joined the gym about a month ago and ONLY after i exercise?
