Okay, i need to get my *kitten* together. I know we all have an off day but i have had an off week or more. Today im starting over again. Im really having a hard time cooking healthy meals and making time to excersize. Help
feeling disappointed in myself for eating out. I feel like i have been doing so well and i have gone and messed that up. I do not want this to ruin what i have started i do not want to quit. Help
