123 lbs gone in 9 months with mfp and advocare
Its been an amazing ride, and as of this morning according to myy scale I have only 30 lbs to go. Started working out justt recenttly and I'm trimming up quick. Just so excited I had to share. This app and advocare have saved my life. Keep going everone itts so wortth itt!
24 day challenge group starting in two weeks
I don't know who uses Advocare products on here but I thought a group of us could start doing our 24 day challenge together. I've completed one 24 day already and lost 57 lbs my first 90 days so now its time to start again. Inbox me if you are interested.
