So I have binge eating disorder and am having CBT, which has helped me understand how I react to certain stuff and the thoughts= feelings=behaviour type thing...I'm working on what I've learnt but still having trouble with cravings, mostly late at night after all I have to do is done and I can chill and relax before bed.…
