Hi all! Reading up on the post to motivate me to get out and run week 8 day 1 today. Tried to do this program in the fall but I let life get in the way and quit at the end of week 6. I am determined to finish this time! I have my first race April 23. Hopefully it will be warm by then. Running in the cold is getting old!!

I have a recipe that says it serves six and give nutritional info per serving. It does not tell me the serving size per serving. Can anyone help me figure out how to do that? It is a pasta dish with sauce, mozzarella, and italian sausage. Not the healthiest but the kids like it ;)
