Couch to 5k is great! I am almost finished with the program. I have not been sore since week one. It is only three days a week so I don't feel pressured. I am currently running 2.5 miles!! I was not a runner either but needed a challenge. Good luck with your 5K. My first is April 24!!! So excited.

The program is three days a week and I followed that. I just finished week 8 day 1. I have progressed really well through the program and like the rest days in between. How long/far are you jogging? You could be trying to run too fast. Maybe try slowing down? Or, sometimes you have to get into the rythmn so to speak and it becomes much easier to jog after the first five minutes or so. Are you running outside or on a treadmill? I have always struggled to run but have made good progress…
