I have a recipe that says it serves six and give nutritional info per serving. It does not tell me the serving size per serving. Can anyone help me figure out how to do that? It is a pasta dish with sauce, mozzarella, and italian sausage. Not the healthiest but the kids like it ;)

Portion it out into 6 portions and then measure 1 portion.

Thanks. I thought of that and then I thought there has to be an easier way. Oh well lol!

If you have a food scale you can weigh the entire dish then divide the weight by 6. I do that a lot. Or just cut the casserole into what looks like six equal pieces and take one. It will be close enough

Yeah, pretty much weighing it or measuring it will be the only way! It's a pain, but do what ya gotta do :-)
