To Much Protein?
I am doing a low carb diet. I am 245lbs and 6' tall. I do rushfit 6 days a week. my protein calculation is 88g. I keep getting to much. I'm averaging like 120-135g a day.. which is not TOO! much in terms of athletes. But I am worried that I am getting too much protein. What do you think? and how do I Get my Protein intake…
