Can't lose those last 7 pounds! Under calories, but over fat
I have been consistantly meeting or under my calorie goal, but sometimes go over fat, sometimes way over. When I finish logging my food for the day, the calculator says I would would reach my goal if I continue to eat this way. But is it because I go over on fat that I am not? Thanks

5K PR
One year ago I ran my first 5K in like 11 years. My time was 31'13" and today I ran that same race with a time of 26'33! And first in my age group, 40-49 if you must know! It has seemed like such a slow process, this past year, but now that I can look back, it's all been so worth it! Kirsten

Heart rate monitor/calorie counter question
I have a question - I just got a heart rate monitor and it has a function where you can count the calories you burn while exercizing. I ran the other day and it said I burned 500 calories in 31 minutes. I know my pace was somewhere around a 10 minute mile and on the site it says calories burned for that pace and distance…
