Not reaching minimum calories, any ideas?
For some reason, I am actually have a hard time reaching the minimum of calories a day (1200). When I am hungry, I'll eat half the meal (which is small to begin with) and be stuffed!!! I wont be hungry for another 3-4 hours and then it'll happen again. I'm only getting in an average of 200 calories a meal at 4 meals a day.…
