Not reaching my calorie and macro goals, need advice.
So my recommended calorie intake is 2350 and with a macro count of 40/40/20 thats 235g of carbs and protein and 52g of fat. Since I am trying to lean out i lowered it to 2000 calories which changes it to 200/200/45. I eat real clean and eat 5-6 meals a day. Its hard to reach my goals and most days I am under my goals.…
