So my recommended calorie intake is 2350 and with a macro count of 40/40/20 thats 235g of carbs and protein and 52g of fat.
Since I am trying to lean out i lowered it to 2000 calories which changes it to 200/200/45.
I eat real clean and eat 5-6 meals a day. Its hard to reach my goals and most days I am under my goals. (mostly carbs)
My question is, should I force my self to eat at night to reach my goals even though I am not hungry?
Once again my goal is to lean out and still keep my strength.
Thanks,
Jake.

You can change your macros if you want to shift to more protein fat for your muscle gain.0
