HOLD ON. What's up with carbs and MFP
Why does MFP set my carb goal to the 170's or 190's and it varies between that daily??? And I'm actually coming close to this? IS THIS IN GRAMS?? Isn't that like- taking a plunge into weight gaining hell?? Shouldn't I be consuming like in the 60's or less of carbs? I'm overwhelmed. :/

Fitness rookie. Too much protein and sugars! Help.
This is only day 2- but so far I'm noticing I am def going over on protein and sugars- I'm noticing it's mostly because of skim milk maybe?
