I've run out of belt....
Before Christmas I had no but a new belt because some of my old ones were too small. Today I realized on one of my bigger belts I've notches to tighten... the nice thing is you can see the two buckle marks from where I've been loosing weight!

Too-Rapid weight loss at the expense of feeling exhausted.
In the last 2 weeks I've lost 6lb, Thats a little too much too quick in my opinion. I wouldn't be so worried but the last 3 days I was really physically tired.
