Best foods to eat before and after a workout?
Hi there, so I'm just starting to get into the exercise routine and was wondering if there are certain foods I should eat before and after to help promote weight loss?

Hi all, so this is my first day on MFP and I'm looking for some friends to help keep me motivated. I'm 22 currently living in Pennsylvania and looking to get in shape! I've struggled with my weight for a while and want to finally commit to getting healthy so I'm hoping this site will help :)
