Hello, I am looking for other members who have fibromyalgia that have great motivational tips for exercise and diet that doesn't cause additional pain flare- ups.
Is there a point when you just stop trying to lose weight and say f*** it, this is my body?? 5'8" and 193 pounds with a lot of muscle. Also a LOT of stress. I stay between 1300-1500 most day. Generally low carb. Excersize regularly. In the last 4 months I have only lost 7 pounds and then gained back 2. REALLY frustrated.…
Hey there tallish girls hoping to lose 30 pounds.... curious to know what's working for you? How many calories you're eating/ burning. Just dropped my calorie goal from 1500 to 1300 after 45 days of strictly 1500 and only 4 pounds down! Do you eat the extra calories from a work out? Anything helpful? Go....
For those of you who are losing 2 pounds a week, how many calories are you eating? I weigh 191 )5'8" and was keeping it around 1500 but really struggle with the linds moving at all. Thinking that I see a lot of goals set at 1200. Thoughts?? Anyone in my same boat?
