i love cycling but every time i look down after a 100km+ ride and see "2500 calories burnt" it's kinda depressing. it's quite hard (and expensive) to eat 5000 healthy calories in a day! does anyone have experience with mass gainers? what do you guys think of them? 1500 calories per serving is really tempting. cheers
