Carbs too high, Protein too low. Suggestions?
I always go over on my carbs (I eat too much fruit) and I am usually under on my protein. So I guess I'm asking if anyone has any good suggestions for high protein low carb meals and snacks?...mainly snacks. It probably helps to know that I don't particularly like eating a lot of meat...

I am having trouble finding what percentages I should do for my Carbs, Protien, and Fat (Macros I guess? lol) I am interested in going Keto, but I am unable to start that until I am done breastfeeding my son. I had started myfitnesspal in mid March, lost 17 lbs and then got pregnant the end of April lol oops... anyway, I had my baby 3 weeks ago, and am back down to my pre pregnancy weight and want to pickup where I left off.
